Refunds are not provided for change of mind after activation, incompatibility with unsupported hardware not listed on our devices page, or issues caused by the customer's own internet connection.
To request a refund, contact our support team on WhatsApp within 48 hours of purchase with your order details. We will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
